At 53 and following a very unconventional fitness pathway, I've become a bit of a maverick in the genre. I've spent 27 years learning and exploring ways to better engage populations here in Australia and overseas.

I've haven't dabbled in this attempt, it's my singular life's passion. To that effect, I've founded 3 alternative fitness companies, since 2007, and founded Australia's first Gamified gym in 2014.

In 2016, I decided to return to my roots in Strength and Conditioning and look to use online platforms to better service a vast and disconnected global population.

I've long believed Fitness is broken and not representative of what people want or need. I desperately want fix it, turn it on its head, revolutionise fitness to be honest and online coaching offers a tremendous opportunity to implement Fitness Version 2.
