Outsourcing - Overview

Topic Progress:

When starting a fitness business you always know there's going to be certain tasks that
you don't want to do, right?

Your main aim is to help people with their health and fitness goals, but the truth of the matter is, as a fitness professional looking to run a fitness business - you wear a heck of a lot of different hats. You're the marketing manager, advertising manager, sales person, bookkeeper, secretary, copywriter, graphic artist, web designer amongst other things.

Problem is, you've got to spend half your time looking for new clients while training the ones you've got and all of a sudden you've got 9 part time jobs and there's not enough time to do the things you love to do the most. Do you ever feel like that?

If you're lucky, you might get some help from someone to do your books. Or you might find someone who can do a little bit of admin work for you, but what about the other 7 part time jobs you've got?

In this training module I'm going to show you how you can outsource the day to day 'office' tasks for less than $5 an hour. Now when I say this, people often look at me a little funny. I mean who would work for $5 an hour? But trust me - $5 an hour is a very good income for someone overseas (depending on where they come from). It's a higher pay rate than they can often get working for a call center or for a local company, they don't have to spend money traveling to and from work, they get to work from home - it really is a win-win situation for everyone. It allows people in developed countries to afford to hire people to help them grow their business. If you had to hire locally for the same task, you'd be looking to pay $20-30 an hour which is something that most business just can't afford and that's why we look overseas where we can provide employment for people in developing countries and get work done for a much lower cost.

Now, some people will charge a lot higher hourly rates depending on their skills and experience, but it's completely up to you what you decide to pay.

I'm going to walk you through step by step how to find the right people to help you grow, so that you can get back to the important stuff - training your clients and focusing your time on the tasks that help you to generate income.

I sat down with one of my new clients the other day and I started to talk to her about outsourcing and all of the possibilities there were for her and her brothers fitness business. Only minutes after our meeting I got an email from her that said "Hi Jaimee, Thank you! You have got me thinking about all the things in my life I want to outsource!!! I feel like I just want to create things in order to outsource!!!"

And that's what I want for you too. I want to open your eyes to just how powerful outsourcing can be, and how you can get so many tasks done by experts for a fraction of the price you'd pay to hire someone locally. I've been outsourcing overseas for almost 5 years now and it has made an incredible impact on my business. I've been able to get access to experts around the world and they have helped me to grow my business significantly.

Let's take a look at some of the basics to show you when to outsource, what to outsource and how you can start outsourcing right away.
